Our Story

Local Farmer, Mum and Settlement Agent Kirsten Raszyk started Esperance-based Settlement Hub after a surprise retirement offered her the opportunity to set a new standard for property settlements in WA. With a rebrand and fresh new look, Settlement Hub WA has become the one-stop shop for everything property in Esperance.

Company founder Kirsten got her start 15 years ago as an outside clerk in a metro settlement agent and law firm and studied to become a qualified Settlement Agent. However, the pull of home became too strong with Kirsten returning to Esperance to work in real estate before marrying a local farmer and having two beautiful children. Although conveyancing has come a long way in that time, the team at Settlement Hub WA keep up to date with the latest changes, with Kirsten utilising her extensive professional network to get the best for our clients.
